What the lines say
Carnival and Celebrity both say you can bring your own snorkel gear. Royal Caribbean doesn't name it but allows sporting gear you keep in your cabin.
The other six lines ban scuba gear and say nothing about a mask, snorkel or fins. That isn't a yes, so ask your line before you pack a set.
